Space Planning

As businesses grow, or employees spend more time working virtually, space needs change. We work with business owners to redesign small areas for ergonomic or space-saving properties. We can sub-lease portions of large buildings to businesses looking for a little extra space; helping them place employees while generating revenue for the host company. All of our sub-leases are vetted for financial capability and we provide the lease administration for the property. In addition to space saving solutions, space planning includes making your property a conducive space for productivity. Designers will work with you to bring color and attractive wall art to your facility. Break rooms can be prepared to provide employees with a calm place to step away and relax, and refreshments may be provided and restocked based on your budget and preferences.
