An educated employee is a sound employee.  Employees need to know what is expected of them and how to meet those expectations.  Employees need to know how to react in case things go wrong, and what their role is in making it right.  We will work with you to define roles for your employees and develop training points for them to effectively function in their assigned capacity.  We offer general training in work safety, computer literacy, financial literacy, inventory assessment, and customer service. Our curriculum designer can tailor make advanced training courses to suit the individual needs of your company. We survey employees concerning workplace safety, employee needs and interests, and suggestions they have to streamline workforce processes.   We provide survey results and recommendations for action to company management and will help implement processes as needed.
